The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our growing team.
What You Will be Doing
- First point of contact for pet owners when they enter the clinic
- Provide a supportive, professional and calm environment for our clients
- Communicating with the vet team
- Handling phone calls and appointment scheduling
- Processing payments, data entry and additional ad hoc duties.
What We Are Looking For
- An experienced Receptionist, either medical or clinical, with knowledge of the Veterinary Industry an advantage
- A desire to offer the best standards of care for patients while showing empathy and support for clients in all aspects of their pets’ care
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional time management and organisational ability,
- Experience triaging urgent situations over the phone to determine the best course of action.
- The ability to foster a calm and efficient environment within our workplace.
