Dr Graham Lauridsen

(BVSc - Senior Veterinarian (Director))

Graham started working in Tully in 1996 and enjoys all aspects of Veterinary work in Tropical North Queensland. Working with ‘All Creatures, great and small’, he can never decide which animal species is actually his favourite. He can be out with cattle and horses one day, and in the clinic dealing with a dog with a broken leg the next.

Graham works in conjunction with the Qld Department of Environment on the region’s iconic endangered species, the Cassowary, and has written several scientific articles on their care and anaesthesia. He also travels into Cape York to assist the Aboriginal Shire Councils in improving the welfare of the animals that live in these communities.

Dr Callan Solari

(BVSc - Senior Veterinarian (Director))

Callan graduated from James Cook University in 2012.  He received the University Medal for his academic achievements.  Callan is a local North Queensland lad having grown up in Ingham.  Callan's interests are mixed and varied but include Beef Cattle.  Callan owns and operates his own herd of purebred Brahman cattle.  Callan is based at our Ingham surgery but will be seen at our Cardwell clinic from time to time.

Dr Zane Squarci

(BVSc - Veterinarian (Director))

Zane is a North Queensland local.  Having grown up in Innisfail he is very used to the humidity and the wet season.  Zane started working for us in our Ingham clinic but has now settled at our Innisfail clinic.  Zane has a wide range of interests in Veterinary Science. He enjoys hiking, races both mountain bikes and motorbikes and enjoys exploring what the local region has to offer.  Zane is a mad fisherman and especially enjoys spearfishing, I am quite sure a lot of his spare time will be spent on trips to the reef.  If you want any tips on how to catch a crayfish he is your man.

Dr Tobin Stubbs

(BVSc - Veterinarian (Director))

Dr Tobin Stubbs was born and raised on a cane farm in the Burdekin. He always had many pets, from pigs to dogs as well as a barramundi pond. With a particular interest in orthopaedic surgery, Tobin leads our team in Ayr.

Since graduation Renee has worked at our Tully clinic for a period of time before spending some time away working in a specialist equine hospital. Dr Sarah

Veterinarian (BVSc)

Sarah graduated from JCU in 2015 after wanting to be a vet for as long as she remembers. She grew up in Townsville with her family and dog, Mitzi, who helped her pursue her dream job by tolerating her curiosity over her primary schooling, high schooling and university years, even now at the beginning of her career!

After graduating, Sarah worked in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia for a while before moving back to the beautiful North Queensland with her partner and cat, Bailey. Sarah has a soft spot for small furries and especially enjoys all aspects of small animal medicine.

When not working, Sarah enjoys going out fishing, camping and swimming which was perfect when she was based in the Tully clinic, enjoying the lifestyle the small town had to offer, but has now returned to Townsville and serves our 'city folk' at the North Shore clinic.

Dr Lauren

Veterinarian (BVSc)

After graduating from James Cook University in 2015 and working in South East Queensland for a year, Lauren has returned to work in her home town. She is based in our Ingham clinic and has an interest in both small and large animals. She enjoys horse-riding, yoga and baking in her spare time.

Dr Alexandra

She then went to JCU in Townsville and graduated from Veterinary Sciences in December 2017.  Alex enjoys all aspects of her profession, with particular interest in small animal surgery.  In her spare time, Alex enjoys exploring Mission Beach and catching up with friends and family.

Dr Jessie

Veterinarian (BVSc)

Jessie grew up in a small beach community outside of Gladstone.  She was fortunate enough to grow alongside an abundant variety of animals, and as a result, fell in love with all aspects of veterinary medicine from a young age.

Jessie has a strong interest in ultrasonography, soft tissue surgery and clinical pathology, and is kept busy at home by 2 naughty cats and countless fish.  Outside of the clinic, Jessie loves to cook, go swimming, fishing and camping.

Dr Hannah

Veterinarian (BVSc)

Growing up in Rockhampton, Hannah always had a variety of family pets and a fascination with animals of all shapes and sizes.

She always knew she wanted to work with animals, which led her to study veterinary science at JCU in Townsville, graduating in 2018 with an academic medal, small animal medicine award and a clinical competency award. It was also where she fell in love with the tropical NQ lifestyle and is excited to be staying up North to work at the Tully clinic!

Hannah enjoys all challenges of mixed practice, with a particular interest in soft tissue surgery, small animal medicine, and everything exotics and wildlife.

Outside the clinic, Hannah is kept busy by her new fur baby "Lilo" and also enjoys playing piano, going out to the reef spearfishing with her partner, and swimming/cycling/running.

Dr Chantelle

Veterinarian (BVSc)

Chantelle grew up in small country mining towns in southern and central QLD. She has an interest in soft tissue surgery and small animal medicine, although enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine. She spends her time at home with her husband, 3 dogs, 3 cats and 2 rainbow lorikeets.

Dr Samantha

Dr Alex

Veterinarian (BVSc)

Dr Alex grew up on a cattle and sheep property in a small country town called Bollon (located 700km west of Brisbane) and she and her sisters loved to play in the wool during the shearing season.

Alex is excited about having a go at any veterinary challenge that comes her way but would particularly like to become skilled in surgery.

She enjoys playing sport and spending time with friends.

Dr Justin

Veterinarian (BVSc)

Justin graduated from James Cook University in 2013.

Growing up on cattle and farming properties he was destined to head rural and for his first 4 and a half years was based in Mt Isa. Aside from extensive cattle work Justin also has a keen interest in horse work through working out west as well as the Hunter Valley and west of Brisbane.

Justin is based at our Innisfail clinic so feel free to drop in for a chat.

Dr Maxine

Veterinarian (BVSc)

I'm Maxine and I grew up in Ingham. I have always wanted to be a vet since I was little for as far back as I can remember. I went to James Cook University after leaving school and graduated in 2013. I have since been in Mackay for the last 5 and a half years at a wonderful clinic there and have now moved back to Ingham. I love being a vet - my favourite part of being a vet is getting to meet so many animals each day and getting to spend my days filled with them. I have a particular interest in all things 'small animals' - particularly small animal medicine and opthalmology. I currently have a cat named Lilly and in my spare time I love spending time with family and friends.
