Being part of the Tropical Vets team

At Tropical Vets we work hard to provide a supportive and positive workplace culture for our team.

We invest heavily in our staff to promote a healthy and happy work-life balance, and we listen to their feedback, needs and concerns. We credit this approach to maintaining a strong team of dedicated staff and high retention in an industry where practices are struggling to keep staff long term. We currently employ around 70 permanent staff across our six clinics, of which 43% have been with us for over 5 years, and 14% have been with us for over 10 years. We also have a number of valued casual and support staff members.
